Jane is a qualified fitness instructor in Stott Pilates, Weight Training, and Group Fitness.
Jane’s vision is to encourage body movements that are tailored to her patient’s needs - movements that are naturally supported by body mechanics to holistically build strength for the entire body.
Jane believes Pilates is deeply connected to daily life. This connection creates an awareness between the body, mind, and health. She works collaboratively with others to efficiently and effectively reach their wellness goals.
In her spare time, Jane enjoys a mix of nature activities and urban adventures. She likes paddle boarding, playing the ukulele, and exploring new tastes and sights in the city.
