My journey into fitness began with bodyweight strength training for a musical performance. During this time, I discovered both the limits of my body and the power of mental recovery, which ignited my passion for exercise.
As I gained experience, I worked with a diverse range of clients, honing my ability to assess their needs quickly and accurately. I specialize in creating tailored plans for those looking to lose weight or build muscle, and I am certified as a rehabilitation trainer. This certification allows me to provide effective training for post-surgery rehabilitation, address physical imbalances, and manage various health-related syndromes. I utilize techniques that promote muscle growth through body weight and gravitational resistance, eliminating the need for heavy weights.
The most rewarding aspect of my work is witnessing my clients’ recovery through exercise. This transformation can be physical, reflected in increased self-esteem, or emotional, leading to healing. Just as exercise helped me regain my self-esteem, I strive to support my clients on their journeys to achieving the same.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, playing golf, and diving at the beach.
