Zemma worked at the Korean Society for Exercise and Rehabilitation, working mainly with pregnant women, and has worked with patients with a variety of musculoskeletal issues. From this training and experience, she has the ability to tailor each Pilates session to the patient’s specific rehabilitation needs."

I specialize in creating tailored plans for those looking to lose weight or build muscle, and I am certified as a rehabilitation trainer. This certification allows me to provide effective training for post-surgery rehabilitation, address physical imbalances, and manage various health-related syndromes. I utilize techniques that promote muscle growth through body weight and gravitational resistance, eliminating the need for heavy weights.
