Saba Sedighi

After losing 30+ Kg and getting a championship in swimming and playing basketball and volleyball on the national level, Saba found her passion in fitness and rehab. she self-studied to become a certified personal trainer with ACE and completed his weight management and functional training specialty. She then switched her major to kinesiology and graduated from UBC as a registered kinesiologist. She has taken different courses such as nutrition, myofascial release, rehabilitation, high-performance coaching, etc.
Saba has been training the general population, semi-professional athletes, pregnant women, diabetics and people with different disabilities such as spinal cord injuries and accident-related injuries. Saba is a firm believer in the mind-body connection and uses different techniques in her training to improve awareness and mindfulness.
As a weight management specialist, Saba helps clients to improve their diet and lifestyle to achieve their desired weight goals and body composition.
She loves what she is doing and her goal is to keep her knowledge up to date and serve and support people towards a higher quality of life and connect with them on a deeper level.
Away from work, Saba likes to dance, swim, listen to podcasts, workout, play with her cat, do yoga, meditation and barre.
